"Ronan facilitated a ‘Team Connection’ workshop with our Women’s U17 Drogheda United team. We were hoping for a team bonding experience but we were blown away at how brilliant the workshop went. Ronan helped the team to open up with each other about their motivations, ambition and goals, to help them have a better understanding of each other and a shared vision as a team. The impact that was made that evening has been visible in our football performances and we can see a real togetherness in our team ever since.
